Photographic Consent and Intellectual Property:
Registration for and participation in this meeting constitutes an agreement to permit AAPM to use and distribute attendees' image or voice in photographs, videos, and other electronic reproductions (both now and in the future).
While AAPM encourages sharing meeting activities via social media, we remind attendees that all presentation content, including ePoster content, is the author's property, and permission is required to share or reuse photographs or videos of work presented at the meeting, including sharing on social media.
If presenters indicate “no photography” on their presentation materials, taking pictures or videos of the presentation or poster content is not allowed for any use. Otherwise, taking photographs or videos is permitted for personal use.

AAPM is pleased to offer professionally managed on-site childcare services.
Located inside of the George R. Brown Convention Center, Camp AAPM welcomes children 6 months to 12 years, with full and half-day options available. Your child will enjoy a creative, customized schedule of age-appropriate activities, events, and games in a safe, nurturing environment.
The program will be managed by ACCENT on Children’s Arrangements, Inc. ACCENT staff are teachers, professional children’s program providers, and mothers who simply love working with children and have completed a specialized training program. All professional supervisors are CPR and Pediatric First Aid certified.
To guarantee space for your child(ren), please pre-register no later than July 15.

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security requires eligible international travelers who wish to travel to the United States under the Visa Waiver Program to apply for authorization.
AAPM wishes to take any steps required to ensure that no individual with a disability is excluded, denied services, segregated or otherwise treated differently due to the absence of auxiliary aids and services identified in the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
If special accommodations are necessary in order for you to participate in an AAPM organized meeting, please communicate your needs in advance to the AAPM Meetings Department by:

1. Utilize public transportation, car-sharing services, or walk to get to the Convention Center and explore the city.
2. Responsibly dispose of waste materials in the appropriate bins throughout the Convention Center and in Hotels.
3. Choose chicken, turkey, or seafood over red meats when dining during the event or around town.
4. Bring a reusable water bottle instead of grabbing a disposable plastic bottle.
5. Decline turndown service, opt to reuse towels, and remember to turn off the lights during your hotel stay.
