Improving Health Through Medical Physics
Angela R. Keyser earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Government and Politics with an emphasis on Public Administration from the University of Maryland – College Park. She has served as a member of the AAPM HQ team since 1993, first as the Director of Meeting and Programs (1993-1998), then as Deputy Executive Director (1998 – 2003) and then as Executive Director (2004 - ). Prior to join AAPM, she worked for the National Society of Professional Engineers and the American Waterways Operators. Her association leadership experience includes boards and/or committees of the Council of Engineering and Scientific Society Executives, American Institute of Physics, American Physical Society Insurance Trust, King Street Exchange Condominium Board (AAPM HQ location) and Tourisme Montreal Meetings Advisory Board.
