Categories and Fees
ALL REGISTRATION CATEGORIES INCLUDE
2 days of simulive content plus 6 additional weeks of On-Demand access (includes presentation handouts) plus CAMPEP approved MPCEC hours and ABR approved SAM credit. In order to receive SAM credit, you must check the SAM option in your registration. All registrants seeking CE credits must attend each session in entirety and complete the required online evaluation.

In order to qualify for this registration type you must reside in an AAPM recognized developing country.
Please check the list here and complete this form if eligible.
The form must be submitted via email to Jordan Kehrt prior to registration. Once your status has been verified, a promo code will be sent to you.

Cancellation Policy
Fees for registration will be refunded in full if written notice of cancellation is received by Monday, May 17, 2021.
- No refund will be given for cancellations received after the deadline.
- Registrations received after May 17, 2021 are non-refundable.
- Cancellations and requests for refund can be done through the Review Your Registration portal.
Check Payments
All check payments must be received no later than May 17, 2021, or your registration will be canceled.
