AAPM will apply to the Commission on Accreditation of Medical Physics Education Programs, Inc. (CAMPEP) for Medical Physics Continuing Education Credits (MPCEC).

To obtain MPCECs, attendees must attend or view each session in its entirety (either Live or On-Demand) and complete the online CEC evaluation survey.

System Opens: Thursday, April 28, 2022

System Closes: Friday, June 10, 2022 (11:59 PM EDT)

Please Note: Your Confirmation Number/Badge I.D. will be required to access and complete the CEC evaluation surveys.

Post-Meeting Access:

• On-Demand recordings of sessions will be available via the platform April 28 — June 10, 2022.
• Meeting registrants must attend or view each session in its entirety (either In-Person/Live or On-Demand) and complete the online evaluation to receive MPCECs during this period. On-Demand viewing is tracked virtually.
• Recordings will then be moved to the Frontiers of Artificial Intelligence in Radiation Oncology and Medical Imaging website.
• On-Demand recordings will be view-only/not eligible for MPCECs once moved to the website.

After the Meeting:

• MPCEC's will be released by Monday, June 20, 2022.
• Following the close of The Frontiers of Artificial Intelligence in Radiation Oncology and Medical Imaging specialty meeting online CEC evaluation system, AAPM will provide CAMPEP with participant contact information, credits earned, and the appropriate processing fees. Individual participants will be able to access their Frontiers of Artificial Intelligence in Radiation Oncology and Medical Imaging specialty meeting transcript via the CAMPEP online MPCEC Repository database. Please be advised, AAPM will not provide a hardcopy CAMPEP transcript. Should a participant need a hardcopy, an individual may order one directly from CAMPEP. Click here for more details.
