• Submit a written cancellation request

Fees for registration will be refunded in full if written notice of cancellation is received no later than April 6, 2022.

• No refunds will be given for cancellation requests received after the deadline.
• Registrations received after April 6, 2022, are non-refundable.
• All donations to the AAPM Education & Research Foundation will be withheld.
