Review Your Registration

With the Review Your Registration portal, you can:

  • Review purchased items.
  • Add additional items you may have missed.
  • Make a payment (i.e., switch from Pay by Check to Pay by Credit Card).
  • Submit a written cancellation/refund request.

Cancellation Policy

  • Registration fees will be refunded in full if written notice of cancellation is received no later than September 30, 2024.
  • No refunds will be given for cancellation requests received after the deadline.
  • Registrations received after September 30, 2024, are non-refundable.
  • Cancellation requests can be submitted through the Review Your Registration portal or by contacting AAPM.
