Review Your Registration
With the Review Your Registration portal, you can:
- Review purchased items.
- Add additional items you may have missed.
- Make a payment (i.e., switch from Pay by Check to Pay by Credit Card).
- Submit a written cancellation/refund request.
Please Note: Confirmation Number/Badge ID and registration email are required for access.
Cancellation Policy
Fees for registration and/or housing will be refunded in full if written notice of cancellation is received no later than Friday, May 23, 2025, at 11:59 PM ET.
The following conditions apply:
- No refunds will be given for cancellation requests received after the deadline.
- Registrations received after May 23, 2025, are non-refundable.
- Cancellations and requests for refund must be completed through the Review Your Registration portal above.

Check Payments
All checks must be delivered to AAPM HQ no later than Friday, June 13, 2025. Failure to guarantee delivery by this deadline will result in automatic cancellation.
