These core leadership skills should be transferable regardless of your work environment. MPLA will also present career planning steps to use in designing your path forward best suited to you. Additionally, the session will have a panel of medical physicist leaders discuss the need for passion in what you do, for creative as well as strategic thinking, and for the ability to make a strong case. The future of medicine is rapidly changing, so how can you be best equipped to play a role in defining and driving medical physics in your future?
