The 2021 American Association of Physicists in Medicine (AAPM) Annual Meeting and Exhibition will be held virtually July 25 – 29, 2021.
AAPM hosted its first Virtual Exhibit Hall in 2020, and - with the virtual event delivery offering added flexibility in attendee participation - attendance was amplified. 2020 Joint AAPM|COMP Virtual Meeting Registration Information
The 2021 Virtual Meeting will provide seven tracks of curated content, along with interactive online ePosters. In 2020, a new Vendor track was added to the program comprised of Vendor Showcases as well as Partners in Solutions and Educational Topic Specific Guided Tours. The 2021 program will continue to offer these unique opportunities:
Vendor Showcases offer an incredible virtual stage for vendors to host demonstrations of their latest products! The Vendor Showcase is being offered as an initiative to foster interaction between vendors and attendees. AAPM is allowing these sessions to take place parallel to the Scientific Program, providing targeted opportunities for attendees to connect with vendors. All Vendors are encouraged to participate.
Partners in Solutions is a way for physicists to interact with - and learn from - our vendors. These are not sales pitches, but rather consist of practical information for the clinical physicist from the people who know their systems in depth. The Technical Exhibits Subcommittee will invite Vendors to participate.
Educational Topic Specific Guided Tours are designed to increase opportunities for exhibitors to educate meeting attendees about products from within their booth. The Guided Tours will be organized around clinical topics chosen by the AAPM Technical Exhibits Subcommittee. The Technical Exhibits Subcommittee will invite Vendors to participate.

The Vendor Showcase is being offered as an initiative to foster interaction between vendors and attendees. AAPM is allowing these sessions to take place parallel to the Scientific Program, providing targeted opportunities for attendees to connect with vendors. All Vendors are encouraged to participate.
Vendors may request 30 minute presentation timeslots, with a maximum request of TWO 30 minutes per day.
