Medical Physicists (CAMPEP approved MPCEC)
The AAPM 2025 Spring Clinical Meeting has been approved by the Commission on Accreditation of Medical Physics Education Programs, Inc. (CAMPEP) to offer 40 MPCEC hours, including up to a maximum of 2 hours of General Poster Viewing.
To obtain MPCECs, attendees must attend or view each session in its entirety and complete the online evaluation. Individuals registered as Companions are not eligible for MPCEC. Presentations will be made available On-Demand providing registrants the opportunity to view sessions they may have missed at their convenience and earn additional credits. On-demand content is available via the virtual meeting platform approximately 24 hours after each session ends.
On-demand viewing will be tracked electronically. The Email address associated with the registration and the Registration/ Badge ID will be required to access the Online CEC Evaluation System.
After the Meeting:

CONTINUED ON-DEMAND ACCESS FOR REGISTERED ATTENDEES
As an added benefit of registration, On-Demand recordings will be available via the meeting platform for up to a year. After that time selected content will be moved into the Virtual Library.
FOR NON-REGISTRANTS
Regardless of AAPM membership status, will be able to access meeting content via the AAPM Virtual Library after particular intervals of time:
Medical Dosimetrists
AAPM will apply to the Medical Dosimetrist Certification Board (MDCB) to approve CAT A credits for the 2025 Spring Clinical Meeting. To obtain credit, attendees must attend each session and complete an online evaluation survey. AAPM does not offer MDCB credits for on-demand viewing.
The Email address associated with the registration the Registration/ Badge ID and a CMD# will be required to access the Online CEC Evaluation System to obtain MDCB credits. AAPM will report the credits earned to the MDCB on May 22, 2025.
