Medical Physicists (CAMPEP approved MPCEC)
The AAPM 2025 Spring Clinical Meeting has been approved by the Commission on Accreditation of Medical Physics Education Programs, Inc. (CAMPEP) to offer 40 MPCEC hours, including up to a maximum of 2 hours of General Poster Viewing.
To obtain MPCECs, attendees must attend or view each session in its entirety and complete the online evaluation. Individuals registered as Companions are not eligible for MPCEC. Presentations will be made available On-Demand providing registrants the opportunity to view sessions they may have missed at their convenience and earn additional credits. On-demand content is available via the virtual meeting platform approximately 24 hours after each session ends.
On-demand viewing will be tracked electronically. The Email address associated with the registration and the Registration/ Badge ID will be required to access the Online CEC Evaluation System.
After the Meeting:
- Following the close of the online CEC evaluation system on May 13, 2025, at 11:59 PM ET, AAPM will provide CAMPEP with participant contact information, credits earned, and the appropriate processing fees for individual participants to access their personal 2025 AAPM Spring Clinical Meeting transcript via the CAMPEP online MPCEC Repository database. Participants will not receive a hardcopy CAMPEP transcript. Should a participant require a hard copy transcript, they may order it directly from CAMPEP.Click here for more information.

CONTINUING EDUCATION MEETING PROGRAM OBJECTIVES
- Review basic knowledge of diagnostic and therapeutic techniques.
- Conduct sessions on the current state of the art and standards of practice.
- Provide a peer interchange forum for exchanging information and concepts.
Continued On-Demand Access
CONTINUED ON-DEMAND ACCESS FOR REGISTERED ATTENDEES
As an added benefit of registration, On-Demand recordings will be available via the meeting platform for up to a year. After that time selected content will be moved into the Virtual Library.
FOR NON-REGISTRANTS
Regardless of AAPM membership status, will be able to access meeting content via the AAPM Virtual Library after particular intervals of time:
- AAPM members — One (1) year post-meeting.
- Non-members — Two (2) years post-meeting.
Medical Dosimetrists
AAPM will apply to the Medical Dosimetrist Certification Board (MDCB) to approve CAT A credits for the 2025 Spring Clinical Meeting. To obtain credit, attendees must attend each session and complete an online evaluation survey. AAPM does not offer MDCB credits for on-demand viewing.
The Email address associated with the registration the Registration/ Badge ID and a CMD# will be required to access the Online CEC Evaluation System to obtain MDCB credits. AAPM will report the credits earned to the MDCB on May 22, 2025.

Online Evaluation
The Online Evaluation system will remain open through Tuesday, May 13, 2025, at 11:59 PM Eastern time.
- To obtain credit, attendees MUST complete an online evaluation survey before the evaluation system closes.
Evaluation Helpful Hints:
- Navigate to the online evaluation via the meeting website.
- You are signed in when your initials appear on the top left of the evaluation page. Blue circle white letters.
- The system auto-saves all responses. NO submit button is needed.
- Claim poster credits via “Credit Claiming Information”.
- You can review sessions you have already evaluated by clicking “Review Credits Claimed”
- Upon completion of the evaluation, obtain a credit summary via email via “Review Credits Claimed”.
Please Note: Registration Badge ID and the email address associated with registration are required to access the Online Evaluation System.
Credits will be released by May 22, 2025.
