- Hosting an event during the meeting? All exhibitor-hosted events require explicit approval from AAPM to ensure they align with our standards and meet the interests of our attendees. Please note, events cannot be scheduled during peak conference hours to maintain focus on the meeting's educational and networking sessions. The Function Request Form MUST BE completed.
