Registration Information
- AAPM is dedicated to fostering an inclusive and respectful environment for all participants. Attendee badges will provide the option to include pronouns if you wish to do so. If you prefer to have this information displayed on your attendee badge, please make sure to specify your choice during the event registration process.
- Early Bird Registration Deadline: February 7, 2025 (11:59 PM ET) - check payments must be received by this date.
- Cancellation Deadline: March 7, 2025 - no refunds will be issued after this date.
- Check Payment Deadline: March 21, 2025
- Registration closes Tuesday, April 1, at the close of the meeting.

All AAPM meeting participants shall abide by the AAPM Code of Conduct at Meetings and Social Events.

Cancellation Policy
- Fees for registration will be refunded in full if written notice of cancellation is received by Friday, March 7, 2025.
- Please send your cancellation in writing to the Registration Specialist or fax to 571-298-1301.
- No refund will be given for cancellations received after March 7, 2025.
Check Payments
- All check payments must be received by March 21, 2025.
- If you have registered at the Early Bird Registration rate and are paying by check, your payment must be received no later than Wednesday, February 7, 2025 (11:59 PM EST).
- If we do not receive your payment for the Early Bird Registration fees by February 7, your registration type will be changed to reflect the regular registration fee.
- Please make checks payable to AAPM.

Invoices: If you need an invoice prepared for your registration, please send your request to accounting@aapm.org. Please note that if you have registered at the Early Bird Registration rate, we must receive payment on or before February 7; otherwise, your registration will automatically change to reflect the late registration fee.
