Registration

AAPM is dedicated to fostering an inclusive and respectful environment for all participants. Starting in 2024, attendee badges will provide the option to include pronouns if you wish to do so. If you prefer to have this information displayed on your attendee badge, please make sure to specify your choice during the event registration process.

  • Early Bird Registration Deadline: February 14, 2024 (11:59 PM ET)-check payments must be received by this date.
  • Cancellation Deadline: February 28, 2024 - no refunds will be issued after this date.
  • Check Payment Deadline: March 13, 2024
  • Registration closes Tuesday, March 26, at 12:30 PM CT.

All AAPM meeting participants shall abide by the AAPM Code of Conduct at Meetings and Social Events.

Review Your Registration (Access to registration requires confirmation number/badge ID and registration email address)

  • Review purchased items
  • Add additional items you may have missed
  • Make a payment
  • Cancel your registration and request a refund

Cancellation Policy

  • Fees for registration will be refunded in full if written notice of cancellation is received by Friday, March 7, 2025.
  • Please send your cancellation in writing to the Registration Specialist or fax to 571-298-1301.
  • No refund will be given for cancellations received after March 7, 2025.


Check Payments

  • All check payments must be received by March 21, 2025. The check payment option will no longer be available in the registration system after this date.
  • If you have registered at the Early Bird Registration rate and are paying by check, your payment must be received no later thanFebruary 7, 2025 (11:59 PM EST).
  • If we do not receive your payment for the Early Bird Registration fees by February 7, your registration type will be changed to reflect the non-Early registration fee.
  • Please make checks payable to AAPM.
  • Please mail your check and the registrant's name and copy of the registration document to:

Invoices:If you need an invoice prepared for your registration, please send your request to accounting@aapm.org. Please note that if you have registered at the Early Bird Registration rate, we must receive payment on or before February 7; otherwise, your registration will automatically change to reflect the late registration fee.
