All speakers have been asked to provide handouts for their presentations. The speakers will either provide the handout for posting on the website pre-meeting or a PDF handout will be produced from their PowerPoint presentation to be posted following the meeting.

After Hours Events
Socialize with fellow attendees while playing trivia, chatting with EXCOM, listening to and discussing a podcast, or watching a movie. Be sure to add a ticket to your registration to save a seat! Capacity is limited. There is no additional fee for these events but you must be a registered attendee to participate.
Trivia Game Night
Come pit your wits and intellect against your fellow meeting attendees. Join us for a fun TriviaHub hosted evening where teams of physicists will compete in a trivia-bowl. Presented by the Spring Clinical Subcommittee, this event will kick off the Virtual Meeting’s After Hours events.
Cocktails and Conversations with EXCOM
Grab your favorite cocktail or beverage and join the Executive Committee (EXCOM) for a casual evening of conversation. EXCOM would like to hear how you have navigated the last year, what challenges remain and how can EXCOM help. You will also have the opportunity to ask your burning questions.
Podcasts and Wine
The perfect pairing with your evening glass of wine is tonight’s shared listening of a podcast on women in leadership followed by an open discussion. The podcast is entitled "6 essential lessons for women leaders" and is framed as a conversation between Julia Gillard (27th Prime Minister of Australia) and Ngozi Okono-Iweala (economist, former Finance Minister of Nigeria, and current Director-General of the World Trade Organization). Mad Science and Movies (Teleparty using Netflix)
Unwind at the end of the Virtual Spring Clinical Meeting by having a Movie Night with fellow meeting attendees. Using the free app, Teleparty, and your own Netflix subscription, join in group watch parties to relax and joke in a live chat while drinking your favorite beverage.
