The Spring Clinical Meeting will be held at the Hyatt Regency New Orleans.
All AAPM meeting participants shall abide by the AAPM Code of Conduct at Meetings and Social Events.
AAPM wishes to take any steps required to ensure that no individual with a disability is excluded, denied services, segregated or otherwise treated differently due to the absence of auxiliary aids and services identified in the Americans with Disabilities Act. If any such services are necessary in order for you to participate in the AAPM Spring Clinical Meeting, please communicate your needs well in advance by marking the "special needs" box when pre-registering.
To uphold the professional and educational standards of the AAPM Spring Clinical, children under 12 years of age are not permitted in the exhibit halls or sessions. Children ages 12-17 are permitted in the exhibit halls and session rooms when accompanied by an adult.
AAPM will not be sponsoring childcare during this meeting. Parents will be responsible for making their own childcare arrangements.
Individuals who need a private room for nursing or other personal medical reasons are welcome to use the Wellness Room. Please ask for a key at the AAPM registration desk.
The Guest registration fee includes access to all morning and afternoon breaks, and lunch services. Tickets to the Saturday evening Welcome Reception are sold separately.
The meeting attire is business casual for the AAPM Spring Clinical Meeting.
