All AAPM meeting participants shall abide by the AAPM Code of Conduct at Meetings and Social Events.

All AAPM meeting participants must agree to the AAPM COVID-19 HEALTH AND SAFETY LIABILITY WAIVER.

• Fees for registration will be refunded in full if written notice of cancellation is received by Wednesday, March 16, 2022.
• Please send your cancellation in writing to Payton Brown or fax to 571-298-1230.
• No refund will be given for cancellations received after March 16, 2022.

• All check payments must be received by March 16, 2022.The check payment option will no longer be available in the registration system after March 16.
• If you have registered at the Early Bird Registration rate and are paying by check, your payment must be received no later than Wednesday, February 23 (11:59 PM EST).
• If we do not receive your payment for the Early Bird Registration fees by February 23, your registration type will be changed to reflect the non-Early registration fee.
• Please make checks payable to AAPM.
• Please mail your check and the registrant's name and copy of the registration document to:

Invoices: If you need an invoice prepared for your registration, please send your request to Janelle. Please note that if you have registered at the Early Bird Registration rate, we must receive payment on or before February 23 otherwise your registration will automatically change to reflect the late registration fee.
