CAMPEP Credit
The AAPM Spring Clinical Meeting has been approved by the Commission on Accreditation of Medical Physics Education Programs, Inc. (CAMPEP) for 42 MPCEC continuing education credit hours.
- To obtain continuing education credit, attendees must complete an online CEC evaluation survey.
- Please note your badge ID will be required in order to complete the online CEC evaluation survey.
- The survey will be available online Saturday, March 26 through Tuesday, May 10, 2022.
- Attendees must complete the survey by May 10 in order to receive CAMPEP credit.
- Attendees can only evaluate sessions that have taken place on days covered by their registration category.
After the Meeting:
- Following the close of the AAPM Spring Clinical Meeting online CEC evaluation system, AAPM will provide CAMPEP with participant contact information, credits earned, and the appropriate processing fees in order for individual participants to access their personal 2022 AAPM Spring Clinical Meeting transcript via the CAMPEP online MPCEC Repository database. Please be advised, CAMPEP transcripts are viewable via the CAMPEP online MPCEC Repository database. Participants will not receive a hardcopy CAMPEP transcript. Should a participant need a hardcopy of the 2022 AAPM Spring Clinical Meeting transcript, an individual may order a hard copy transcript from CAMPEP. View details here.
- Medical Physicist registrants will be contacted with instructions for viewing the meeting transcript via the CAMPEP website. The transcript will list a description of the sessions and the number of continuing education credits obtained.
- MPCEC credits will be released on May 17, 2022.
- Note: Individuals registered as Companions are not eligible for MPCEC.
CONTINUING EDUCATION MEETING PROGRAM OBJECTIVES
- Review basic knowledge of diagnostic and therapeutic techniques.
- Conduct sessions on the current state of the art and standards of practice.
- Provide a peer interchange forum for exchanging information and concepts.

Post-Meeting Access
Meeting content is now continuously available to Meeting Registrants.
Registrants
After the meeting, Registrants will continue to have post-meeting access to the meeting content via the AAPM website as a benefit of their meeting registration.
Earn your credits the easy way…..
For designated content, Registrants are eligible to receive continuing education credit (e.g., CAMPEP MPCEC hours, MDCB, *ASRT Category A credits*) and self-assessment modules (SAM) during the meeting and for six weeks following via the meeting online evaluation system. The online evaluation system will close at 11:59 pm ET, Tuesday, May 10, 2022. Credits will be posted by May 17, 2022.
Registrants are strongly encouraged to use the online evaluation system process to greatly simplify earning your credits.
Continue to earn credits, but passing quiz now required….
After six weeks, the content will move out of the meeting platform to the AAPM website. Registrants can then continue to earn medical physics continuing education credits (MPCEC) and self-assessment modules (SAM).
During this phase, to successfully earn MPCEC or SA-CE, a registrant:
- Must correctly answer quiz questions; 100% pass rate.
- Cannot attempt the same quiz in the same 24-hour block; you must wait a day before attempting the same quiz.
* The ASRT has modified the criteria for earning credits for On-Demand content. AAPM will apply for CAT A credits for live sessions only. AAPM will not apply for CAT A credits for sessions viewed On-Demand after their scheduled time.
Non-Registrants
Starting in 2021, Non-Registrants, regardless of AAPM membership status, will be able to access the meeting content after an interval of time via the AAPM website.
- AAPM members will gain access through the AAPM Virtual Library one year after the meeting.
- Non-members will gain access two years after the meeting.

Both AAPM members and non-members may purchase Post-Meeting Access six-weeks following the meeting to access meeting content on the AAPM website.
With the purchase of Post-Meeting Access, both AAPM members and non-members are eligible to earn CAMPEP MPCEC hours and self-assessment modules (SAM) through successful quiz completion as described above.
