What’s New in 2023

Payment Deadline:
  • Upon receipt of space applications, Exhibitors will be sent an invoice via email for booth space requested.Payments can be made in full or in installments, provided full payment is received by April 7.
  • NEW! If payment is not received by April 7 your booth will be removed from the floorplan.

Exhibitor Newsletter

The Exhibitor Newsletter will be sent out via email starting in March. The contacts you provide when submitting your Space Application will receive the newsletter. If there are additional members of your team that you would like to receive the newsletter, please contact

The Main contact for each exhibiting company will be provided a link and password to the Maritz Global Events Portal. Contact if you need the link to access your company portal and login credentials re-sent to you.
