• The group rate for AAPM at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress is $234++ per night.
• The resort fee of $38 has been waived but the resort activities and amenities are still included.

Amenities include: 2 bottles of water(refreshed daily upon consumption), intra-property transportation, unlimited use of the Health Club, 9-hole Pitch & Putt course, golf driving range access, court time at the Racquet Club for individual guest play for a walk on basis only, basketball, volleyball, rock climbing wall and all water sports including non-motorized boats as well as resort bicycles and quadricycles. Also included is scheduled, complimentary shuttles to Disney World, and Universal Studios/Islands of Adventure theme parks. Hours of transportation may vary based on the seasonal park hours.

Book your room reservation early and as accurately as possible. We recognize that unforeseen conditions may alter plans, but by communicating changes and cancellations early, you allow another participant to fill your vacant room.

Tell us if you find a lower rate at the contracted meeting hotel over the same dates. AAPM negotiates for the lowest available rate; if you find a lower rate, this may constitute a breach of contract with the hotel.
