General Registration Information

Registration

  • Registration Now Open.
  • Early Bird Registration Deadline: March 1, 2023 (11:59 PM ET) - check payments must be received by this date.
  • Check Payment Deadline: March 15, 2023
  • Cancellation Deadline: March 15, 2023 - no refunds will be issued after this date.
  • Registration closes Tuesday, April 4, at 12:30 PM ET.

All AAPM meeting participants shall abide by the AAPM Code of Conduct at Meetings and Social Events.

Review Your Registration

Review Your Registration (Access to registration requires confirmation number/badge ID and registration email address)

  • Review purchased items
  • Add additional items you may have missed
  • Make a payment
  • Cancel your registration and request a refund

Cancellation Policy

  • Fees for registration will be refunded in full if written notice of cancellation is received by Wednesday, March 15, 2023.
  • Please send your cancellation in writing to Payton Brown or fax to 571-298-1301.
  • No refund will be given for cancellations received after March 15, 2023.


Check Payments

  • All check payments must be received by March 15, 2023. The check payment option will no longer be available in the registration system after this date.
  • If you have registered at the Early Bird Registration rate and are paying by check, your payment must be received no later than Wednesday, March 1 (11:59 PM EST).
  • If we do not receive your payment for the Early Bird Registration fees by March 1, your registration type will be changed to reflect the non-Early registration fee.
  • Please make checks payable to AAPM.
  • Please mail your check and the registrant's name and copy of the registration document to:

Invoices: If you need an invoice prepared for your registration, please send your request to Janelle. Please note that if you have registered at the Early Bird Registration rate, we must receive payment on or before March 1; otherwise, your registration will automatically change to reflect the late registration fee.

On-site Registration Days and Hours

Registration will be located in the Grand Cypress Pre-function Area, Convention Level, in the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress.

  • Saturday, April 1: 7:00 am - 5:30 pm
  • Sunday, April 2: 7:30 am - 5:30 pm
  • Monday, April 3: 7:30 am - 5:30 pm
  • Tuesday, April 4: 7:30 am - 12:30pm

Already registered and need a receipt? Please e-mail Payton or fax your request to 571-298-1301 (Attention: Payton).
