Photographic Consent and Intellectual Property:
Registration for and participation in this meeting constitutes an agreement to permit AAPM to use and distribute attendees’ image or voice in photographs, videos, and other electronic reproductions (both now and in the future).

While AAPM encourages sharing meeting activities via social media, we remind attendees that all presentation content, including poster content, is the author’s property, and permission is required to share or reuse photographs or videos of work presented at the meeting, including sharing on social media.

If presenters indicate “no photography” on their presentation materials, taking pictures or videos of the presentation or poster content is not allowed for any use. Otherwise, taking photographs or videos is permitted for personal use.

Childcare

AAPM is pleased to offer professionally managed on-site childcare services.

Located inside of the Walter E. Washington Convention Center, Camp AAPM welcomes children 1 to 13 years of age, with full and half-day options available. Your child will enjoy a creative, customized schedule of age-appropriate activities, events, and games in a safe, nurturing environment.

The program will be managed by Jovie nannies + sitters. Caregivers are meticulously screened, certified in first aid/CPR, and vaccinated. They boast diverse backgrounds, ranging from daycare and schoolwork to dedicated careers in nanny services, all while receiving ongoing training to uphold their skills and expertise.

To guarantee space for your child(ren), please pre-register no later than July 12.
