Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA)
The U.S. Department of Homeland Security requires eligible international travelers who wish to travel to the United States under the Visa Waiver Program to apply for authorization.
Visas
Visa applicants are advised to apply as soon as they decide to travel to the United States (minimum three to four months in advance of the intended date of travel).

All fees above are listed in US Dollars and include admission to sessions, exhibit hall pass and Vendor Showcase Presentations, sponsored breaks, tickets to select social functions, On-Demand recordings of sessions during/after the meeting, and the ability to earn continuing education credits.
Hotel accommodations will be offered at 12 area hotels, ranging from US$249 – US$304 plus tax, per night, per room.
