Registration Opens:Monday, April 7, 2025 at 11:00am ET

Early Bird Registration Fee Deadline: Friday, June 6, 2025

Regular Rates Apply:Saturday, June 7 – Wednesday, July 30, 2025

Housing Deadline:Friday, June 27, 2025

Registration Closes:Wednesday, July 30, 2025 (5:00pm ET)

Important Reminders:

  • Registration is required for all meeting participants who plan to attend In-Person and/or access On-Demand content via the On-Demand meeting platform.
  • Registration is also required for any guest(s) who plan to accompany a meeting participant to In-Person functions.
  • Guests and Attendee Exhibit Hall Only registration categories are not eligible for Continuing Education Credits.
  • All registrants shall abide theAAPM Code of Conduct at Meetings and Social Events, and any other measure, rule, or regulation in place at the time of the meeting.
  • No cash payments will be accepted on-site for any reason.

Categories and Fees

Cancellations

The registration fee is refundable if written notice of cancellation is received no later than July 7, 2025. However, AAPM has made extra provisions to allow registered attendees who have developed a health or well-being condition that prevents them from attending the meeting in-person to request a registration refund via email before the actual start of the meeting on July 27, 2025.

Please note that donations to the AAPM Education & Research Foundation will be retained even if the registration fee is refunded.

Check Payment

All checks must be delivered to AAPM HQ no later than Friday, July 18, 2025. Failure to guarantee delivery by this deadline will result in automatic cancellation.

Salon AB (Level 1)

Friday, July 25 through Tuesday, July 29, 2025 – 7:00am to 6:00pm

Wednesday, July 30, 2025 – 7:00am to 5:00pm
