AAPM wishes to take any steps required to ensure that no individual with a disability is excluded, denied services, segregated, or otherwise treated differently due to the absence of auxiliary aids and services identified in the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

If special accommodations are necessary for you to participate in an AAPM organized meeting, please communicate your needs in advance to the AAPM Meetings Department by:

  1. Registering early for the meeting.
  2. Checking the appropriate box on the registration form
  3. Sending an email request to the AAPM Meetings Team.
