Meeting Registration

Welcome to the AAPM 67th Annual Meeting & Exhibition registration system!

  • Content will be offered In-Person and/or On-Demand only.
  • On-Demand recordings will be posted to the meeting platform on a rolling basis (up to 24 hours post-session).
  • There will not be any livestreaming sessions.
  • Please review each registration category carefully before proceeding.
Before you proceed to the next step, please note the following:
  • All AAPM meeting participants shall abide by the AAPM Code of Conduct at Meetings and Social Events.
  • If you are registering as a Non-Member Associate, Non-Member Student, or Registrant Residing in a Developing Country, you will be required to submit a letter with specific information.
  • Attention Medical Dosimetrists and Rad Technologists/Therapists:
    • You should have received an email from AAMD/ASRT that included a special code needed to receive AAPM Member registration rates.
  • NEW: You must add the Opening Party event to your shopping cart during the registration process to reserve your ticket. If your registration category already covers the Opening Party event, there will be no extra fee. Otherwise, you'll have the option to purchase the ticket separately.
