- AAPM Closure Dates: AAPM will be closed from December 25, 2024, to January 1, 2025.
- Proffered Abstract Submission System: The system will be open to receive submissions during the holiday closure. However, technical support will not be available during this time.
- Emergency Contact: For urgent matters during the closure, please email hello@confex.com. A limited support team will be available for essential emergencies.
- Resuming Operations: Regular business operations will resume on December 30, 2024. Thank you for your understanding and support. We wish you a joyful and peaceful holiday season and look forward to serving you in 2025!
