- If you plan to bring a guest to the AAPM 64th Annual Meeting & Exhibition, or any of the related events, your guest must be registered for the meeting and adhere to all health and safety measures, rules, and regulations.

- No cash payments will be accepted on-site.
- All AAPM meeting participants shall abide by the AAPM Code of Conduct at Meetings and Social Events.

- Registration is required to access Live Streaming and On-Demand content via the virtual meeting platform.
- Registrants will continue to have access to On-Demand content until Thursday, August 25, 2022 (11:59 PM EDT).

Visa Letter
APPLY EARLY! AAPM offers a letter of invitation for attendees of the 64th Annual Meeting & Exhibition. The visa letter of invitation, though not required for the visa application, can assist as a supporting document. Present this letter of invitation from AAPM to the consular officer during the visa interview. This letter by no means guarantees admittance, but can provide compelling evidence for immigration officials to consider. Please note that AAPM cannot intervene with embassies on behalf of any participant.

All fees above are listed in US Dollar and include admission to sessions, access to daily Live Streaming track, exhibit hall pass and Vendor Showcase Presentations, sponsored breaks, tickets to select social functions, On-Demand recordings of sessions during/after the meeting, and the ability to earn continuing education credits.
Hotel accommodations will be offered at 13 area hotels, ranging from US$189 – US$299 plus tax per night, per room.

Cancellations
Fees for registration will be refunded in full if written notice of cancellation is received no later than Wednesday, June 15, 2022, at 11:59 PM EDT.
The following conditions apply:
- No refunds will be given for cancellation requests received after the deadline.
- All donations to the AAPM Education & Research Foundation will be withheld.
- Registrations received after June 15, 2022, are non-refundable.
Check Payment
The deadline for receipt of check payments at AAPM HQ depends on the registration period.
For Early Bird Registration: No later than Wednesday, June 8, 2022 (Failure to guarantee delivery of check to AAPM by this date will result in a price increase equal to the regular rate of the corresponding registration category.)
For Regular Registration: No later than Friday, July 1, 2022 (Registrations with an outstanding balance after this final deadline will be automatically cancelled.)
