Selected presentations given during the AAPM 64th Annual Meeting & Exhibition will be available on a USB flash drive following the meeting.

Presentations will be made available On-Demand via our virtual meeting platform approx. 24-hours after their scheduled time, providing registrants the opportunity to view sessions they may have missed at their convenience.

To obtain MPCEC, SAM, and/or MDCB Credit, attendees must view each session in its entirety and complete an online CEC evaluation survey.

On-Demand viewing will be tracked electronically. See the Post-Meeting Access section below for more details.

Please Note: ASRT has modified the criteria for earning credits for On-Demand content. AAPM will not apply for CAT A Credits for sessions viewed On-Demand.

As an added benefit of registration, On-Demand recordings will be available to registered attendees during the meeting and for up to six-weeks post via the virtual meeting platform.

After the six-week period, recordings will be moved from the platform to the 64th Annual Meeting & Exhibition website.

The process for earning Continuing Education Credits depends on the evaluation period.

For Sessions Attended/Viewed July 10 through August 25, 2022:

Earning credits is easy! Registrants are eligible to receive CAMPEP MPCEC, ABR Self-Assessment Module (SAM), MDCB CMD, and/or ASRT CAT A credits, as applicable for designated content, upon completing the online CEC evaluation survey.

Remember: ASRT CAT A credits will not be available for sessions viewed On-Demand.

What makes it easy? Registrants who complete their evaluations during this period will do so with no pass/fail quiz requirement.

All evaluations must be completed no later than Thursday, August 25, 2022, at 11:59 PM ET.

For Sessions Viewed After August 25, 2022:

Once meeting content has been moved to this website, registrants can continue to earn MPCEC and SAM.

Earning credits is a bit more complex.To successfully earn MPCEC or SAM, a registrant:

1. Must correctly answer quiz questions with a 100% pass rate (i.e., pass/fail format); and
2. Cannot attempt to pass the same quiz again for 24-hours if unsuccessful.

Non-Registrants, regardless of AAPM membership status, will be able to access meeting content via the AAPM Virtual Library for free after particular intervals of time:

• AAPM members — One (1) year post-meeting.
• Non-members — Two (2) years post-meeting.
