Virtual clinical trials offer a new paradigm to economically and practically assess and optimize imaging and therapy technologies towards improved effectiveness. The objective of this symposium is to detail the elements and processes of a virtual trial including 1) the computational human, Imaging, and interpretation models, 2) imaging, therapy, and AI applications of VCT 3) IT and data process requirements, and 4) regulatory aspects of VCT.

Learning Objectives:
1. Understand the elements, potential, and requirements of VCT
2. Understand the broad range of application of VCT in imaging, therapy, and AI
3. Learn the latest advances in developing digital phantoms for imaging and therapy
4. Learn the future directions of VCT and their potential clinical role and impact
